Personal income in Idaho increased slightly more than the national average last year, up 5.4 percent. However, Idaho is still ranked 49th in the nation for per capita income at about $33,300. Mississippi is 50th. Oregon's per capita is about $37,900 and personal income grew by 5.3 percent. Data comes from the Bureau of Economic Analysis.
